Denna fil används för att konfigurera databasservern. Normal behöver inte göra några ändringar i denna då volymerna skapas automatiskt när man gör en databasvolym
Filens placering
På Linux-servern skall filen ligga i /etc/opt/eloquence6/

På Windows ligger filen i HP Eloquence hemkatalog i mappen etc.

OBS! Ändra ej HP Eloquence hemkatalog i registry på WIndowsserver

Inställningar som kan ändras
LogFlags = *1        Kan vara bra då större problem loggas i logfil
BufferCache = 5      Anger hur stor buffer i minnet du vill låta databasservern
                     använda. Du ökar prestandan på servern ansevärt genom att
                     tilllåta ett stort värde. Vi kunder som kör 500 Mbyte

LogFile = /var/log/eloqqdb6.log eller C:/Temp/eloqqdb6.log beroende på OS
Mallar
I .../SystemQ/newconfig/eloquence_etc_nt och .../SystemQ/newconfig/eloquence_etc_linux finns mallar som lämpligen används.
